Withdrawal of 180e still not approved

My account has been verified, and all necessary documentation has been provided to the casino, chat confirmed me this earlier.

I have patiently waited for my withdrawal to be processed, as per the casino's terms and conditions. Despite the completion of the verification process, my winnings of 2687,35€ have not been credited to my bank account.

I have made multiple attempts to resolve this issue with the casino's customer support, but the responses have been inadequate and unhelpful. The lack of communication and failure to process my withdrawal within a reasonable timeframe are causing significant distress.

I kindly request you to investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure the casino complies with its licensing obligations. I believe that your intervention is necessary to resolve this matter fairly and expeditiously.

Hi I won 9.2.2024 1546,5€ on Luckywilds casino.

I verified my account on February and after that I will made withdrawal on that sum, but they have never paid that.

Also they don't have livechat now, and doesn't reply on my emails.

So can somebody help me to get those moneys? I don't know anymore what I can do for?

Things initially went well with Luckywilds.

I won 17,0002.65 and was treated pleasantly. I received the first withdrawal in around a week and next one a day later. I had to wait two weeks for the third and then three weeks for the fourth. I've not received the last part of my winnings since then (August 15th). I would go on live chat every week or so looking for an update and would always get the same responses about the payment team would get back to me and it was with them. At one point the 5000 remaining got rolled back into the account and I had to rewithdraw it. Another time they emailed saying that they had money expected this week that would @cover the winnings which sounded like some sort of ponzi situation where new deposits (or investment) cover old debts/payouts. Either way I thought I might be near the end at that point as they showed what seemed to be some incredible candor. Unfortunately nothing came of it. All of the complaints is ee online are also for delayed payments so it appears as though they might have solvency issues as they were paying me out just fine until the last withdrawal and haven't been able to pay that out nor other players since it seems.

Interestingly, the live chat I had preceding finally making complaints I found that the pending withdrawal had been rolled back again but the money had not been put back in the account. IT was no longer pending but also no longer there.

I opened an account on 24.9.2023 for the casino and made 6 deposits totaling 200 Eur using the rapid transfer Skrill. I didn`t take any bonuses.

I managed to win 2200 Eur during the same day (24.9.2023), which I transferred to my withdrawal. (rapid transfer Skrill)

When I made withdrawal request they ask documents, the documents requested were a driver's license, an invoice and a selfie. Documents went through. Since then the withdrawal status has been pending.

I have been in contact via chat, on 27.9 and 29.9. Both times they said that the issue has been forwarded to the payment department. They said that they would get in touch when the issue was resolved, but they haven't.

I also sent an email to [email protected] on October 2, 2023, but it has not been answered
