Request to close account due to gambling addiction been totally ignored

On the 30th of december requested to close account no and self exclude through email on advise of live chat due to serious gambling addiction. No response or reply, i have the email as prove. I relapsed and lost over 1200 euro in this casino after my request. i want to be compensated and finally want to close my account and self exclude.

there was no resolution as of yet, please have an extra breath and till than we will have all solved , and please do not come with those saying since we are still working on it.
No one is back and forth , i have a top management in the company, and i cannot just come with resolution and decide my self.
