On 11/7/2018, I sent in verification documents and didn’t hear back, but I did not think anything of it. I just made a withdrawal 11/24/19. When I received the automated email, I replied and asked about my verification documents. I contacted customer service through chat on 11/27 and I was told my withdrawal would be processed the next day. I reached out through chat on 11/28 and was told I was missing verification documents. I had already sent them? I resent them and still haven’t heard anything. Any email I send, I get no reply. I’m so confused.
