Lucky Creek wired my withdrawal to the wrong bank. They did not use the wrong number that I provided and put on the wire transfer form. I do not know where they got the routing number they used.

The bank that received the wire rejected it on Oct 10th and Lucky Creek stills says they have not received it back. I initiated this withdrawal on September 26.

I will attach my wire form and there payout report. The routing numbers and location are not the same. Both banks were called first bank and trust but as of 2019 the bank they wired the money to is actually called Byline Bank
