Hello I deposited on Lucky Creek casino on the 07 January this year. I played and won EUR 730.
I requested a withdrawal and received a generic email from them saying to send in documents. I replied to that email and attached the documents.
Since then I have sent them 3 different emails and they have not responded to none of them. I went on chat yesterday (15th) and after waiting o be connected to an operator I was disconnected and asked to leave a message.
I don't know what else I can do to get in touch with them and reclaim my winnings, can you please help me?
