Please please help me. They are saying I didnt win the jackpot! And are not cooperating. Please can you help me. I see that they are blacklisted and have a terrible reputation. The game I was playing froze, logged me out when the jackpot came in. They will not send me the chat history after over 10 attempts of asking them and it’s been over 3 days since this happened. They are saying the gameplay shows I did not win the jackpot. I seen it with my own eyes then the game froze and logged me out, I returned and there was no jackpot there. Spoke with someone on chat and he confirmed that it’s a glitch on their end and the jackpot would be paid out once the systems returned. Since then they won’t send me the chat history and have just told me I didn’t win the jackpot. Something is really fishy. Please help me

They also said they’d get back to me with screenshots of the actual gameplay from that time and they haven’t! And still waiting on all the chat history which they refuse to send. .

They closed my account and refunded my initial deposit. I didn’t request the refund of deposit I want the jackpot I legitimately WON.
