I made a deposit of $50 via etransfer which was not shown in my casino account. I have tried talking with support on several occasions. The issue was escalated to the finance department yet the issue still is unresolved. At this point i just want my money back. I had sent them my bank statement showing that the etransfer went through and that the email i sent it to has autodeposit. The funds were taken from my account and the transfer was completed
I sent screenshots and my bank statement in pdf. Format to them twice and they are still saying that the funds didnt go through and that they didnt receive the etransfer even though i sent them proof of transfer screenshots showing the confirmation number and transaction number.
