Long time no pay at Silver Oak Casino

My playname is Lemper ,28 feb i requested a withdraw $2012 at Silveroak casino, this amount was devided in two.( dont understand why)

I aked to put it in my moneybookers (skrill) account. Both amounts are approved, on 7 march and 19 march (2x $956).

I dont understand why it takes so long to proces ?!

Im waiting almost for six weeks now and I really think its taking far too long.

I already contacted lots of departments concerning withrdawles, but cant get no straight answers.Or very poor and vague response.

I mailed about 10 Emails in the last two weeks to;

Phoned twice.

And contacted live help

One of the oneline agents told me about an technecal problem with Ewallet last moth but that it has been resolved.

Another one adviced me to email everyday??!! To get my money sooner.

Please let me know the status of my withdraw or contact me asap please.
