I have tried to make a withdrawal on locowin 488euros but when I submit my withdrawal I get a system error code - please contact our support.

When I do contact them they seem to not understand my problem and they want screenshot on the problem.

I have send that to them an now I don't get any reply.

What am I gonna do now ??

We kindly request you to clear your cookies and try on incognito mode, ensure that there won't be any space when you enter card details. Also ensure that you're using the same card which you used for the deposit.

I have now been in contact With locowin and send them documents my bank statement and it has been approved now so now i have made my withdraw so i will be back with further info in a couple of days

Hello Patb77,

Your last withdrawal was canceled because you must use the same method for withdrawal as you did for the deposit.

We recommend that you request the withdrawal using the credit card ending in 2004 to avoid any issues.

Really this is my help i get when i try to explain that when i am making a withdrawal using my credit card there is only a system error message contact our support but with absolutely no help at all trying to explain my issue and they only play stupid and answer me with something totaly different i mean its 492 euros that i have won and need and i have never have a problem with locowin in the past cause i am a very loyal costumer !??

I have tried incognito mode i have cleared cookies and all of that you have asked me to do but still the system error message pops up so why cant i just withdrawal using bank transfer to the same account i made the deposit?

Dear Patb77,

The issue we experienced with the Credit Card is because of the BIN which is on the blacklist for withdrawal. It means that the financial institution that issued the Credit Card does not accept any funds from our side.

In order to withdraw the amount generated we advise a different payment method (e-wallet) or trying with a different CC with a different BIN (The BIN is defined by the first 4, 5 or 6 numbers of the CC).

You need to make a minimum deposit with the same method in order to withdraw the money.

Ok but i dont have any e wallet and no other credit card only way for me now is to withdraw with bank transfer as i have done many times in the past and it is to the same account that my credit card is and the same account that i used to deposited from but that is not approved why please help me with this problem 😢

We totally understood your concern but as we mentioned before that it's not allowing to process the withdrawal in your credit card which you have chosen.

There won't be any issue with other method, you just need to make a minimum deposit in order to withdraw the money.
