Withdrawal pending for longer than their advertised time-frames, again


It's been more than 2 days and withdrawal of 4000 euro is pending. I have talked to their customer chat and they told me all withdrawals will be processed in max of 24 hours. but then it's already more than 48 hours and still no response or email from the casino side.

My account is fully verified and I have also uploaded my all deposit proof into the casino. Their customer chat don't have any idea just give me copy and paste responses and ask to be patient and wait. This is the second time when my withdrawal is delayed.

Following a review of valid information and proof presented by Live Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team hereby confirms that the issue, subject to this dispute, has already been raised with and ruled by the operator's appointed ADR entity.

Dear Askgembler team,

Once again I am requesting you to take some action in this case. Just look at the time is being waste by live casino. they just don’t want to payout the withdrawal. and everytime at the end of deadline making some typical response so they get 96 hours.

Now as I write this response they willing get another 96 hours to denying my withdrawal.

I am tired of this pathetic waiting game. I have made complaint to MGA liscence authorities and they told me to make a complaint at game provider thepogg.com .

So I have made complaint to thepogg.com and they told me to wait until 20th may otherwise they will take action against live casino.

So now once again to Askgembler team, if you are really here to help players then go ahead take some action against live casino otherwise this 96 hours window will contour on. in my opinion if don’t hear anything from you then there is no difference between askgembler and live casino both are same.

Really hoping for some action against live casino.

As we have already reported, the processing time is not only up to us, but also to the game provider. We are still waiting for a response from him. Sorry for the inconvenience. I hope very much for your understanding. As soon as we receive a reply, we will be sure to let you know.
