I made a $300 deposit with Neteller to live.casino, played slots and blackjack. Then I tried to request a withdrawal but Neteller was not an option in the list. I've asked in chat about that and they said that I should try to use VPN and set Argentina/Columbia/Germany to make this method appear. This helped not.
Then I tried to open chat again but it disappeared from the support page. I decided to send an email using their site form but two of my request were ignored.
So there is no chat, no answers from support and still no option to withdraw to Neteller (the method I used to deposit). Money are frozen on my account and nobody wants to help.
The amount of money frozen is $281.66.
Kindly asking Askgamblers to help me with my issue.

Live.casino responded to my requests and suggested to use a different deposit method. So I made a small deposit with Skrill and requested withdrawal afterwards. I hope this ends fine and I will keep you in touch once it's over.

I took your advice and made a deposit with another payment system (Skrill). Trying to cashout to Skrill and still getting declined. Support says that I have to cashout to Neteller.
Let me sum it up:
I deposit with Neteller -> I cannot cashout to Neteller as it's unavailable -> Support says to deposit with Skrill so I can cashout to Skrill -> I deposit with Skrill -> Trying to cashout to Skrill -> Declined because I have to cashout with Neteller -> Neteller is still unavailable.
Could you organize the support and finance teams please?
