I deposited funds 2 days ago but still the balance not added. I have contacted their support minimum 10 times but they are not helping. All they say is keep waiting! Strange! Everywhere Neteller deposit in instant but they are keeping my funds without any reason! One officer said the transaction is pending from Neteller side but it is clear that they are lying. Still I called neteller they said all is fine they paid that to them. Neteller even sent me merchant transaction number to help me get my funds. I have sent Live Casino the merchant reference number also but they are not helping! Kindly help me to get my funds from these scammers. I am adding screenshots also check.

as we can see, the issue has been resolved successfully: we can see that funds in the amount of 250 EUR appeared on your balance, after that you have played these and cashed out the money.
The cashout hasn't been approved yet, as you were requested to pass through the KYC procedure. As soon as you upload all the necessary documents, it will be approved.

They Approved my Neteller deposit after a long drama of 4-5 days. Then I requested a withdraw they declined and asked verification, I completely verified my account and then requested a withdraw again. After 2 days pending they cancelled my withdraw again and asked me to play more bets to request a withdraw! Now I played many games and requested a withdraw again and the withdraw is still pending again! This website is a joke!
