I redeemed 500sc to my debit card on Feb. 3rd at 4:15am. It said accepted but it never got deposited I never received it.

I have contacted them & my bank several times. They said it has been processed on their end & I should of received it.

They stared to contact my bank & i did. They also stated i could send them a bank statement from that day to the present & i did that. Still nothing. I keeping checking with them through chat & email.

They have said that it has been sent to the team that deals with that & they will get back with me through email when they look into it. That was Feb. 3rd & now it is Feb. 10th & still nothing. They are no longer relying to emails since I sent them my bank statement.

Legendz emailed me last night but with the same statements they gave before that seems to be automated. They stated they have sent it to their team to look into. But I still have not recieved payment as of 02/11/25.
