After winning 2 thousand dollars on slots yesterday, they are refusing to pay me out. After asking me to re-verify my bank statement, they said I was good to go. They have now cancelled three redeem requests, and support will not respond. I have over 1800 dollars in my account, and they are completely unresponsive. The in-website support system is terrible, and gives the same responses every time you inquire. Looking for any sort of help here. This isn't a small amount of money, and I did not break any of their rules or anything like that. Hoping this can be solved.
