I submitted a redemption for $300. It was not an instant redemption so I tried to log back in to my account to check on it and it said that my account was locked due to “timeout exclusion”.
I then emailed them regarding this and to check on my pending redemption and they asked me to verify my cards by sending the front and back of them. I have done this and am now not hearing back from them. I have sent them my verification info twice, I do not have multiple accounts, I did do a self exclusion - so I am not sure what is happening.
