I won 1962.27 on 02/02/25 I put in a redemption request and received a payment processed email on 02/03/25. I have yet to receive the funds. I’ve reached out to them numerous times and was asked to send my bank statements 3times which I did and I have yet to get any correspondence back from them. Could you please help me?
