Good Evening,

I have been self excluded from Ladbrokes since 2009-2010 because of gambling problems.
I have excluded myself from a number of gambling sites that I was a member.
But last November 2014 I had a lapse and re-opened my Ladbrokes Account but in a different name/date of birth/email address.

But same home address/IP address and the email address has my name in it. Also I have never been asked to verify my ID???

So I would like all my deposits back as I should not have been allowed to play this far with out someone checking my ID??

And I would like never to be able to play at this or any other casino again.

Transactions to date: £12,244.75

Hope someone can help me look into this?
