Dear AskGamblers!

i open account few weeks ago at king solomons casino and i got lucky to win there few times. the first payment was no problem, the 2 payout they say that i may be professional player and i should not get paid,finally they they paid me,in the 3 payout of 1200 they did not paid and Return 200 deposits back to my account.

askgamblers please help me get my winnings!

Dear AskGamblers,

Please be informed that we have paid the player back all winnings due to him.

During the period of the player’s 3 withdrawals, we were in the process of updating our website with regards to use of bonuses on specific deposit methods. This decision was taken after a big increase in bonus abuse and irregular playing patterns from a group of players. The change in the conditions was put in place to safeguard ourselves to further abuse.

Although the player was not part of this group, he unfortunately did make use of the same deposit methods and bonuses which meant the terms and conditions was still applicable to him upon taking a bonus. We understand that this was unfortunate and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and this is also the reason we did honor his initial 2 withdrawals. Unfortunately when it came to the 3rd withdrawal request we had to apply the T&C as they were already applicable to all players prior to the player making his 3rd deposit for a number of days.

At the time of the player’s 3rd deposit, he did contact our support team and requested for a specific bonus, he was credited however did not ask for any T&C just said he wanted the bonus, it is the players’ duty to ensure he is aware of all T&C with regards to all bonuses and offers available, if unsure he should also ask. The weekly newsletter containing the bonus code he requested also did contain the correct link to the active T&C for the new bonus which was credited on his 3rd deposit.

This resulted in the winnings being forfeited, however we did refund him his deposit amount which he has received.

Dear AskGamblers

in that specific moment the rule was not there,but anyway if you are persistent on that rule,please open my account and let me continue to wager, i did not brake any rule i just need to continue wagering 100 times the bonus.

i played bj and this is not reason to locked my account,pay me my winnings or open my account and let me finish the wagering like it says in your website.

i don't agree with that comment and you should pay my winnings.

at the time when you changed the rules to 100 times wagring the rule was not there,even so you don't need to cancel my winnings you should let me finish the wagring as your new rules says.

this is just disgusting behavior from king solomons casino.

don't want to pay 1000 euro in fair winnings.

As we already paid, 2 withdrawals and last deposit made back to player, we are now considering the matter as closed.

We cannot credit the deposit back in player’s account to meet the wagering requirements as the terms and conditions already stipulated the forfeiting of funds and deposit refund to player which was already done.

this answer is not acceptable to me at all.

askgamblers please help to decide in this case.

the casino is treat is players very poorley and unfair.

change the [email protected] in the time that i play,do not let me finish the wagring like they say that i should but i was clear to cash out,locked my account with no reaso too.

they should paid my winnings of 1000 euro.

Dear AskGamblers

We decided to open this complaint again in order to let you know about the case, but also give the player the opportunity to answer. From a look through the case that was brought to the attention of the AskGamblers community some time ago, the player refused to give us a contact number - despite the fact that our support team tried to speak to him on numerous occasions. What is more, having a look through our system, we found multiple accounts linked to this person. All of them are either registered under the same surname, same or similar address of residence and no valid phone number to communicate with the account holders. Deposits on all accounts have been made using the same e-wallet service and all accounts had the same game playing pattern/strategy. The player not only breached our bonus abuse T&C, but also those concerning multiple account generation.

what the casino are saying is basically not true and i will explain:

i did complying with any request from them,i talk to them almost every day.

the prove is the casino did pay me for the first and second withdrawal,from some reason the third payout they decline from some ridiculous accusations.

i am a honest player and l should get my fair winnings.

We were provided with some additional info and evidences about this case from King Solomons Casino. It appears that the only reason why the player got his first two withdrawals was that no one from the casino financial department ever bother checking his account. Such account checking was conducted at the time the third withdrawal was requested and then it became clear the player has registered two accounts long time ago prior before the withdrawals. In addition, even if there weren't any multiple accounts involved into this case, the player accepted the third bonus without checking its terms and conditions, which by the way, were changed since the last time player accepted such bonus.

To summarize, player not only received two withdrawals from King Solomons Casino (before they found the multiple accounts created by the player), but also a refund of his last deposit, despite the bonus terms violation. We don't think the casino could do anything else in this case and therefore this case is considered as closed and successfully resolved.
