During the period of the player’s 3 withdrawals, we were in the process of updating our website with regards to use of bonuses on specific deposit methods. This decision was taken after a big increase in bonus abuse and irregular playing patterns from a group of players. The change in the conditions was put in place to safeguard ourselves to further abuse.
Although the player was not part of this group, he unfortunately did make use of the same deposit methods and bonuses which meant the terms and conditions was still applicable to him upon taking a bonus. We understand that this was unfortunate and apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused and this is also the reason we did honor his initial 2 withdrawals. Unfortunately when it came to the 3rd withdrawal request we had to apply the T&C as they were already applicable to all players prior to the player making his 3rd deposit for a number of days.
At the time of the player’s 3rd deposit, he did contact our support team and requested for a specific bonus, he was credited however did not ask for any T&C just said he wanted the bonus, it is the players’ duty to ensure he is aware of all T&C with regards to all bonuses and offers available, if unsure he should also ask. The weekly newsletter containing the bonus code he requested also did contain the correct link to the active T&C for the new bonus which was credited on his 3rd deposit.
This resulted in the winnings being forfeited, however we did refund him his deposit amount which he has received.
