I deposited 20,000 rs on April 13 through imps which are yet not credited to my jackpotguru wallet... Even as for proof I have sent 20k transaction screenshot to email at suppor­t@j­ack­pot­gur­u.com twice but still there is no response... Whenever I chat with customer care agent they always say that our payment team is still checking....😔😔😔 why this much time taking casino... Today is 17 April still no response kindly help askgambler.

Jackpotguru still has not given update for my missing deposit of 20k.... whatever proof they needed I provided all even they ask for sometime to check that too I wait but still they do not have any update for me of my 20k missing transactions

Bas(Jackpotguru agent) has given reply to make my issue on top priority and also take seriously but still they didn't give any response why ?

Are they doing scam in deposit missing? Ask gambler please help if they didn't help in locating my 20k transactions then I request to please take necessary step so people should aware of these type of scam....

Believe me I had each and every proof given to Jackpotguru of my 20k transactions .... but they say ur transactions is missing

Even all after proof they don't have any valid statements and explanation, but that is too be true that they want more time.... as payment team is finding.....

Because of these "want more time" I really frustrated.... they even don't have any explanation for my missing transactions.... even all proof give of 20k transactions they not giving my money back .... why?

I request ask gambler please take necessary steps if Jackpotguru not giving respond please....
