Hello,
I am a regular player at Casino Extreme to the tune of depositing around $2,000 - $3,000 a week. Every deposit I make is quickly accounted for and taken from my account. However, every time I try to use "instant withdraw" it is delayed by several days. After the first time this happened, I just thought it was bad luck. After the 2nd time it happened I always ask them to pay the correct satoshi/byte, even if they have to take it from my winnings.. However, this 3rd, 4th or 5th time going through a "instant withdraw" delay has been handled terribly and they have not communicated anything with me besides that their processors are down. I don't understand how they can even advertise instant withdraw at this point. I am still waiting, 4 days later, on the latest withdraws of $900 and $1,000. They are marked as "processed" on their end but I have not received either payment. (attached proof). The main reason, if not only, reason I play at their casino is due to their advertisement of "instant withdraw". However, I can attest that more times than not their withdraw process is actually the slowest of the group of 5 casino's I have played at online. I would like to submit a complaint to ask for my $1,000 and $900 cash outs and also a complaint for them to remove their "Instant Withdraw" tagline. It is false advertising. Attached are screenshots showing that Extreme states they have processed both cash outs. The 2nd and 3rd attachments are showing the history of the 2 bitcoin addresses they said they sent the money too. As you can see neither have received. The 3rd attachment is a Paxful address i dont even have access too anymore but I still wanted to show you that nothing was ever sent. I tried to capture full screen whenever possible so that you can see the date and times of when I took them. That way it is as up to date and accurate as possible.

Please remove post. I thought I canceled this 2 days ago. Everything has been resolved. I was a little quick on tthe trigger to post this but it was before I spoke with a couple of their managers and realized what was going on was out of their control. Again, everything was resolved perfectly and professionally. Please remove!
