Hello, I played in Ibetup.com. They also are famous with their ibetupCasino. I won around 3 000 euros. They are holding me 1 month and they dont want to pay. I verified my account, they even sent me a letter to verify my address. I received the letter but still they dont want to pay me. They are telling me silly explanations- restrictrions areas bla bla bla. But why are they accepting deposits when..restricted areas.... They email dont have sense. Please help me, how can I defend myself. I already called the police

No, there is no any replies from IbetupCasino. I wrote them several e-mails- they dont answer. I wrote also to their regulator- Curacao gambling commission- there is no answer. I am very dissapointed from this regulating authorities- they seem not to do anything about the clients. I also tried to call them- they dont pick up. Obviosly Curacao doesnt regulate anything, .... just covers uncorrect bookmakers. How can I defend myself and my money?
