GDay Casino - Cannot get my withdrawal

i got an email 2 weeks ago telling me that i has a bonus in my account i played it and won i was told to play the playthrough by the support team i did. and then i had ZAR 3001.00 WIN after i had played the playthrough. I tried to withdraw and it came up that i had to fill in a bank transfer form it asked for my name etc then for my swift code its NEDSZAJJ then it asks for IBAN number i checked with my bank and South Africa dont use IBAN only swift i told support at gday they then asked me for my proof of residence passport identity and my bank account details they sent me an email saying that my documents were authorized. then they tell me that they cant put funds into my bank account as the banks in South africa dont accept funds from gambling sites.i have been playing at so many casinos who do accept south african players and they have paid me my winnings into my bank account. so they tell me to make a deposit via skrill so that i can then withdraw my winnings. i try to make the deposit and it shows the error...I have attached the error i tried many times and it shows the same error i phoned skrill and they say that there is no problem on their side i must get back to the merchant..gday casino. this has been going on for 1 week. i am a 63 year old woman i dont have computer experience i have to do all the conversations online they dont have phone support .its been hell !!!They acknowledge the fact that they owe me the money but they insist that i must deposit via skrill and the error shows all the time. i even deposited into other casinos to test if my skrill deposits worked and they worked perfectly as they have for years. now they will not budge they say i must dep via skrill.
skrill says cant do transaction get back to merchant......PLEASE HELP ME :(

i just received this email and have at long last withdrawn my money....
