Deposit charged from my bank account but the transaction was declined

I won €5,000 on 22/07/2026. So far, I have only received €2,000, and I am still waiting for the remaining €3,000.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but I keep receiving the same response: “Please wait and be patient.” I have also emailed the finance department several times to ask when and how I will receive the rest of my winnings, but they have never replied.

To make matters more concerning, live chat confirmed that the maximum withdrawal limit is €20,000 per month, which is well above the amount I am trying to withdraw. Therefore, there appears to be no valid reason for this delay.

I believe this lack of communication and the continued delay in paying my legitimate winnings is unacceptable. I am requesting the immediate payment of my remaining balance and a clear explanation for why my withdrawal has been delayed for so long.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities.

One of them was accepted on Wednesday but the other two are still pending and I don't understand why because all of them where made at the same time. I made my deposits without bonus and my KYC was processed already last week. I am looking to solve this quickly because they are clearly looking to delay on purpose. Hello, I have a problem with the Horus Casino. Well, on June 17, 21 I made my first deposit by selecting the bonus options. Like to add I am verified at the casino. After a few day I was informed via chat that my balance was not wagered 1x. I then wagered 3 times my initial deposit and withdrew.

Hello, first of all sorry for bad english. I have registerd in horus casino something like 27.05.2019. For two firs weeks they have problems whit withdraws request. There was a error and whitdraw request by BTC was not possible. I have try to contact support giving them my btc wallet asking for manual whitdraw. But they dont respond.
11.06.2019 withdraw request was possible, they fix error.

I have deposit there 62 PLN and win 1100 PLN, and im waiting now 9 days to get this money. On the website is information, that withdraw can takes up to 48h.
I was a few times on live chat. But they only say to me that i have to wait or they giving high proirity to my case but nothing change. I dont belive that i can handle myself. Askgamblers can you help me?
I have request withdraw in 3 parts: 500 PLN, 500 PLN and 100 PLN becouse there is a very low limit max 500 PLN at one time (for sure it is a mistake on they website on PLN accounts)
