Grand Macao Casino - Horrible customer service and Finance department

I want to say Im very disappointed in this site,
i made $5500 Profit
made a withdraw request of $2500 and each time i got my $ in $500 increments
However now I have $1500 left in my acc, i requested a withdraw for full amount and was declined receiving email from finance dept giving me some BS story that my account is under review
I emailed the finance dept over 2weeks ago and no response. customer service can't help me
what i don't understand is why my acc is "under review" now after 5months of withdrawing money
I don't recommend this site to anyone until this issue is resolved!!

We didn't get any response from casino or player regarding this complaint, it's unresolved.
