I received 4 texts stating, Congratulations on your win. dates r 3/16/17, 3/22/17 and 2 on 4/14/17 - see attachment
I've received Casino text stating the 1st two are for $1,000.00 each. - see attachment
Total owed is over $7,000.00
I have Casino text stating the monies owed me have exceeded the casino's time line - see attachment (over 125 biz days)
I have Casino text stating the payments are in t he Payment Dept. - see attachment
Last payment I received was in 2/17 for $700.00 less service charges.
I have contacted the payment dept. several times with no reply
I now have a ticket code, LTK121660168296143X, with Customer Support and have yet to hear back from them despite text stating they'd reply in 1 to 2 biz days.

Moreover, as a guesture of a good will since it was tehcnical issue on casino side, casino has approved double amount.

My initial complaint re: Vegas Strip did not have the attachment included. The GRAND and MINOR Jackpots totaled more than $23,000.00, 11-2016 - see attachments
Because I was in the special group "WIN TOO MUCH" I only received $650.00 which I understood (didn't like but understood). The casino gave me the difference to play. I did and then started "withdrawing" the monies as I won a signif­ica­nt/­wit­hdr­awable amount on the slot I was playing.- see attachment
The texts are from the casino responding to my winnings.

Again, it's already been explained this was done in error. I'm not certain how else to explain this. We've already extended an olive branch by paying you almost double on what the max allowable payment was. There is nothing further we will issue you.
