My name is Michael my username is < removed > on casino extreme. I recently requested a bitcoin withdrawal for 500 dollars on 8/21/2017 at 3:31:47 AM from casino extreme but I have still not received my withdrawal amount. This is the blockchain link with my bitcoin wallet address that it was being sent to. < blockchain info removed > as you can see it no longer exists because of the low fee set by the sender. The transaction no longer exists and I do not have the money in my wallet. I have been contacting support for the past 3 days asking where is my money and what is being done to resolve this. I have been more than patience, but I have received no status updates or resolutions. This has gone on for too long and is inexcusable. Every time I contact support they say that someone is working on it and it has gone nowhere.

Thanks for contacting us ,and apologies on any inconvenience caused.

This is a first notification we received from Askgamblers which is why we didn't respond yet .

Let me go back to the withdrawal issue . Thing is that the mining fee went crazy which caused couple of problem as they stayed unconfirmed . If you look at the account ,we have sent the bitcoins once it was requested and they have been unconfirmed for a couple of days where all of a sudden they just being removed from Block chain .

That is when we were able to send them again and believe you received them after our second attempt .

Once again we apologize on any inconvenience caused by BTC and please let us know if you have any questions or need an assistance.
