Planet7Casino has not paid my $1300 after several calls which only get me run around answers. I'm very frustrated with them after numerous deposits and play they have not paid me. The document verification I handled per their request and the time frame for them to pay out has went to far.
No one that pays has given me information to what my approval code is or nothing.

Now I get emails saying deposit $1000 or more and have been blocked from contacting them

I'm sorry for the delays and frustration you've experienced with this.

I've reviewed your account and I do see that your payment has already been sent off to processing and I would expect to see the tracking on this, early next week. Generally, players receive payment the day following (sometimes even the same day) that tracking comes through. I'll be sure to post an update to this thread, once your tracking details reach my desk.

As far as you stating that we've blocked you from contacting us, this is not the case, whatsoever. I'm not certain why you're having difficulties, however, we've not blocked you in any way.

Thank you for finally sending me the amazing win.After receiving the tracking and picking up the check.
$199.99 was deducted out of the $1300.
I called and verified that nothing was due far as playthrough or bonuses.
Please explain this $199.99 deduction.

It would be great if you guys had better lines of communication in house.
Having to go to a outside source isn't good business on your part.
