Why does it reject my withdrawal request and return the money to my game account?

greenspincasino.bet is a fake scam, I deposited 20 euros there to try and then I won a total of 1500 euros, I started trying to make withdrawals and then the withdrawal request was constantly rejected, I contacted askgamblers to find a solution to the problem, after which greenspin blocked my game account, I do not recommend anyone to deposit money in that casino if you don't want to lose your money, you won't get your winnings anyway, greenspincasino also has support, but this support is of no use because they don't answer you

Dear HINNORAIKO25, we are very sorry that you had such an experience with support, thanks for brining it up. But let us explain the situation. There are certain policies regarding withdrawals that we need to follow to keep things safe and secure. With this particular case, the requested withdrawal was in a different payment method from the one used for the deposit, so we requested additional documents and proof of payment method. A later withdrawal was also rejected because a proof of a different credit card from the one that was used to deposit was sent to us. And all of this was clearly communicated. I hope this explains one more time, why the withdrawal requests were rejected.
