Grand Parker Casino is lying about my withdrawal

Hello

So here is my story....on 7th sep 2014 i used a bonus on grand parker that had its goal to wager an ammount x times and you can withdrawl max 100$,so i did just that i wagered more than it was needed and ended up having 243$ on my account.So then i went to withdrawl but here is where my problems start...first i had to complete one time verification which i did here is the proof in attach files(­gra­ndp­ark­er)­,then after completed verification i was asked to deposit 25$ in order to withdraw... which i also did...so after my deposit and my withdrawl request i got my account frozen on ''security check'' for up to 60 days here is proof in attachments(security check grand parker)... so after i have waited for over 60 days and inbetween these 60 days i was chating with their live chat just so they know im still there i get this response attached in files(liars).... So they tell me now that my bonus is 40$ max withdrawl and that i need to deposit 60 ... i mean seriously so there you go when i used the bonus it was max 100$ +25$ that i deposited so i could withdrawl 125$...... I see i am not the only person that had that issue with them so please help me..

Having held a thorough investigation of this case we’ve found a root cause of the issue: terms and conditions of the no-deposit bonuses were changed.
Your last withdrawal request denied according to new rules:
“The maximum cashout on all non-deposit bonuses is two times (2x) the bonus amount”
Nevertheless, back in September rules were different: the maximum cashout was x5.
Considering all above mentioned and the fact you’ve been informed about being able to withdraw in chat, we’ll honor your withdrawal of $125. Please request one and the money will be sent ASAP.
