hello sent them a picture of my credit card id forms I won 1500 canadian on december 17 2012 was told it should be on my credit card on the 24 was not I repeatedly contacted them yesterday I talked to a fellow named shane and was told it was paid out it was not can you help me my name isxxxxxxxx grand reef user name is xxxxxxx

We have conferred with our Customer Service Center, and can confirm that this player was sent an e-mail on 18-Dec-2012 requesting a signed deposit confirmation form to complete the withdrawal process. On the same day, there was a telephone call between player and agent, during which the player was reminded to send through the relevant document.

To date, we have not received the documentation from the player.

The document request has been sent via email to the player once more, for their convenience.

 Unfortunately, player failed to provide adequate feedback within the given 96-hours time frame for response. As per the AskGamblers Casino Complaints Service terms and guidelines, player is supposed to provide updates on their issues in a timely and responsible manner, something that player did not do regrettably.
