hello, i'd like to bring to peoples attention the dramas I am having at being paid out by Grand Reef casino.
19/12/13 I was emailed regards my withdrawal saying payments are usually processed within 4 working days. Ok ill wait a short period, maybe they are busy.
27/12/13 I emailed them to check on my withdrawal. In reply I got "Thank you for bringing to our attention your withdrawal concern to our attention. Please be advised that your withdrawal is currently in its final stages of completion and will be processed shortly"
ok so not 4 working days then.
i wont bore you with more info regards me emailing them again and again asking when will i be getting paiod my winnings but I have been sent numerous emails back saying the same , its in the final process. ITS NOW 27/2/14 ....NO PAYMENT....
ok so my winnings of just over £2000 may not be a lot to some people but to me this is , and also the hassle and stress i have had with this casino is starting to take its toll. What to do next , ? cant take any more emails saying "soon" or "final stages"
