Where to start? I withdrew my money AUD1000 and AUD1500 on the 31/07/13 Submitted my verification ID etc on the same day, was told it was received all good via email soon after submitting. It's now been 4 weeks, 15 phone calls and it has apparently been "escalated" 6-7 times I have emailed support 4 times with template replies stating there's a high volume of withdrawals, it's still with finanace etc etc the excuses go on and on. I emailed the pitboss and no reply. I have asked for the pitboss when calling the casino to try and get some answers and I swear he works the best hours someone could, because he's never there when I call. When ever I call them/email I always state in their OWN terms and conditions that payments should be paid within 1-5 buisness days. What a bloody crock! I have been more then patient and it has gone too far!
