My credit card was not authorized to be used. I found out that my credit card was used to make several deposits at Grand Parker casino. I was instructed by the finance department to send a copy of my bank statement along with my a copy of my credit card which I did. I was sent an email from the fiancé department that a refund would be issued. I was told by the casino supervisor that the refund would be issued in seven business days. I have still not received my refunds. I have all emails and correspondence as well.

This complaint has been reopened upon casino Grand Parker request.
