Grand Parker Casino - Refused to pay

I signed up as a new player last month. I was going to deposit $40 but they talked me into putting in $100 because they would give me a bonus. With the bonus, I ended up with $500 to play with. I was playing the slots. I ended up hitting a random jackpot on one of their slots and at one point I had a balance of over $4000. I had to play through because of the bonus and after I did this the cashier said I could withdraw. I asked to withdraw $2500 as this is the maximum you can withdraw. About a week later, i got an email from them saying they couldn't pay me because I didn't follow the tems and conditions of the bonus play. They took my money pretty quick though without any explainations. I also went on their website to see what I did wrong and still can't figure it out. This just doesn't seem fair.

According to Grand Parker, unfortunately after redeeming a slots bonus you played games not allowed with that particular bonus, in this case Texas Hold’em Poker and Tri-Card Poker. As per Grand Parker’s terms and conditions, “Placing bets on restricted games does not count towards the wagering requirement. Furthermore, playing restricted games voids all winnings on this promotion.”

Once you requested a withdrawal, your deposit was left in your balance and all winnings were voided.
