24.07.2014 I made a withdrawal request of $129 ($104 winnings, and 25 - my deposit). After 2 weeks I received email (at 08.08.2014) from Grand Parker Casino:
We would like to inform you that your withdrawal request was not approved at this time. Your account was randomly chosen for a security check and you will be notified by email once your account review is over. This process might take up to 60 business days.
As a reputable and legally operated casino, it is vitally important for us to tra-la-la-la-la la-la la-la*.
I want to say - I made a deposit after they approved my documents and said that everything is fine, and that I can make a deposit and withdraw winnings. If Finance Department would have said that my account they did not like (for whatever reason), then I would not give them $25.
