I have been a member of go wild casino for about two years or so , making numerous deposits and to be honest never winning a dime, well recently i came into some money so i thought lets go wild! exuse the punn and i deposited a £1000 in the hope of winning big , then to my despair i was about £40 or so down when they just cut me off completely! Iwas fuming so i contacted live help and i will not lie i was rude to say the least, but they explained how it was a large amount of money and could i send photo id, so i sent them a scan of my passport , only then to receive an hour later another email requesting could i send of me holding my my passport up near my face which i did, since that time i have sent just for good measure two utility bills aswell! Its been three days now and i have had no correspondence from them what so ever, i have contacted live help a number of times and just been almed off with nonsense along the lines of - Oh we are investigating the matter for your protection Mrs < surname removed > as well as for our own casino security, I am still totally gob smacked i mean can they actually do that without even an explanation? I would advise anyone considering playing there to steer well clear of them they are one these casinos that think they are a law onto theirselfs and are a complete joke when it comes to customer sevice, and i want to know whats happened to my £960.00 they have stolen from me , and once again just for the record i deposited a £1000 in the first place it woudnt be so bad if i had actually won something from them.
