I am a level 3 (silver tier) VIP. I have now been trying to make multiple withdrawals for 2 weeks now which total to $14,350 AUD which have all been rejected or declined with no contact made to me regarding them or as to why they had been rejected.
I currently have $3500 AUD that has been pending under "requested" for nearly 5 days.
My first email which was regarding withdrawal options and how to make them was responded to within a few hours. Then I responded straight away with no response or reply back, I went on to email the banking department, as well as support, along with Vip manager, multiple times with no reply. I tried to call ever number I could find on the internet starting with the 3 listed on their website, 2 of them don't exist and the 3rd is a fax line.

Finally 4-5 days later I speak with a person who is titled the support manager, he assures me everything will be sorted out that day, I just needed to send some extra documents, he emailed me all the banking details I needed to provide to make the withdrawal and a form I had to sign and send back. I did as asked instantly and once again no email back and just more rejected withdrawals. Now over a week later and multiple emails the support "manager" zed sparrow still has not responded to the mutiple emails I have sent since. I spoke with another guy who is a VIP manager they online chat, after saying I think it's a scam he said he would call me, I was quiet shocked and surprised as every other person I had spoken to had told me the company don't have telephones. Benedict < surname removed > called me almost straight after I confirmed my number, he told me he was based out of the United States except the call I received showed up as Vietnam. After a 37 minute conversation he assured me it would all be sorted out that day, and how he is going to show me that he is different to the others and will actually have me paid my winnings, at the end of the call he said he would rush my requests and documents thru and give me a call back in 2-3 hours. He actually called me back 5 hours later to give me an update, at this stage he actually had me thinking that it was all sorted and that I was actually going to get paid. He said his shift was ending but he would be back in 11 hours and would call me straight away, this was now 6 days ago, I havnt heard a word from him, he hasn't responded to a single direct email he gave me for himself.

I've called the number he called me off 31 times and no answer. This casino does not hesitate to accept deposits, they take your money in an instant no questions asked but trying to get money out of them is nearly impossible, I feel like I have been scammed of the tens of thousands of dollars I have deposited over the time, as well as the money sitting in my account which appears I will never get. In a year of playing with this casino this is the first time I have ever tried to make a withdrawal.

This casino has turned out to be an absolute joke, I don't know how they are operating still when everything I have read up on in the last few days has pointed at it been a scam. It's the only way you can explain such poor customer service especially when i am a "silver VIP"

Yes apparently it has been sent off the processor, although I can no longer see the status of the withdrawal in pending withdrawals, it come up as been rejected and now the balance is no where to be seen in my account??

As you mentioned and as your website reflects I would have also expected to see the funds early this week, however I called the banking department who highly contradict The processing times. He acknowledged that the website says 4 business days but went on to tell me that it would be 4 weeks at the earliest. Everything on your website is misleading, and the fact you operate out of the Caribbean and Malta means there's really nothing the player can do to get their money. I'm extremely doubtful that I will see a cent from ragingbull, and based on my experience along with dozens of complaints in the same nature I feel like this is a scam.

I have one and been paid by this Casino in the past and also been denied. I stopped playing there because the runaround they gave you but they kept messaging me and claiming that they’ve changed their policies and they’re fast now blah blah blah anyhow so I’ve deposited a few times and I won going on. I think 67 days now and I’ve heard nothing from them and I know that first thing they’re gonna say is all we need to verify well they already have my information. Nothing has changed my address. My drivers license is all the same as it was six months ago when they paid me for a winning and also I’m not sure why, but my account was under my first and last name but now it’s and letters, which seems odd. I deposited it with liitecoin cryptocurrency through my Coinbase wallet. When making the deposit it told me to choose light coin because it would make withdrawing fast easy and seamless, but when I went to withdraw, the light coin option was not available so I had to choose bitcoin which since suspect they’re always trying to pull something at this Casino tactics redundancy and frates annoying especially because I stopped playing there and they pulled me back in and then I won and now they’re doing the same thing I attached my withdraw request and the only correspondence regarding my withdrawal which sent automatically and instantly once you request a cash out. I’ve messaged live chat and they say it’s been received but can’t tell me anything more.

Approved Withdrawals Reversed Delayed And Not Paid Since March
I have been attempting to resolve withdrawal issues with Raging Bull Casino since March 2.

At this time, I have approximately 12500 in pending and unpaid withdrawals on my account, many of which have been sitting since March and April without being processed.

A withdrawal of 2500 was approved and split into two payments of 1250. One portion of this withdrawal is no longer visible or has been removed from my account.

In addition, a previous withdrawal was reduced significantly due to applied deductions. However, the remaining payments have not been processed consistently and have been delayed multiple times.

Several withdrawals have been delayed repeatedly, in some cases four or more times, without clear explanation or updated timelines.

I also have multiple other withdrawals that remain delayed with no clear processing schedule.

I have made repeated attempts to contact support through chat, email, and other channels and have been ignored or provided with no meaningful response.

My concerns are:

1. Approved withdrawals are being split, reduced, or removed without clear explanation
2. Payments are repeatedly delayed and not processed as expected
3. Ongoing lack of communication and ignored support requests

I am requesting:

- Clarification and reinstatement of the missing portion of the 2500 withdrawal
- A clear explanation of how deductions are being applied and how remaining balances are processed
- Processing of all pending withdrawals totaling approximately 12500

I am seeking resolution for the full amount owed and immediate attention to this matter.
