It was a perfect pair hand winning showed $4,000 for my bonus bet when I clicked stand on the hand error message popped up and I contacted casino immediately with screen shot and email , and they claimed malfunction or error. They got back to me said here's 750 for inconvenience case closed. I asked for log of all games as well as the specific game number I tracked down in history. After days of waiting they sent me log and I called again to have them tell me what does all the it mean . Why don't I see error and they claim it's closed . I said I wasn't happy with the decision but they said they gave me 750 it's closed . Not only do I want to get my $4000.00 paid but I would like to know where the rest of my winnings are from my payouts . It doesn't all add up .

Hi,
Our Customer Service Manager has informed me that this issue was explained to the customer over the phone today. With that said, Management also added:
The evidence that was presented by the player did not match the record of gameplay in our system. This was most likely have been due to a connection issue. The data for every hand from that session has been forwarded to the player to keep for her own records.
It is clear that there was a malfunction during gameplay (shown in the players screenshot), and based on the T&C's, winnings technically become void in that situation. While we hold to the terms of the game, we also never want to leave a player "high and dry." Which is why part of the winnings have been added to the players account.
