Please Help!!
I am an avid user of many online casino sites and I have never had this problem before. I have sent multiple emails making sure that the images of my documents were reverted down to size and was either a JPEG/JP etc. I have sent from two different email addresses and have sent "test" emails with no attachments to make sure that they were receiving them, which they were. Then when it came down to sending the documents...nothing. Like I said I have done this verification process with numerous other sites with no issues. Customer support keeps giving me the same answer of them sending me an email to respond too, which I have done 5 TIMES!!! Then I call back and still nothing. I have over $2000 in winnings I am trying to withdrawal which is going to be another long and tedious process as well...
Any help would be greatly appreciated

Update, was told today by the support team that my withdrawal has been processed!! So hopefully all goes well and I see the funds soon
