I've sent my required documents multiple times via both supporting email addresses, for Drake Casino & the reps keep saying they have not received anything. Every time I call the reps keep giving me the same generic response. I even stayed on the phone with one of the reps, while she sent me an email so I could reply with my documents. She still said nothing came thru. This doesn't make any sense. Like I told her and the other reps, I don't feel comfortable with my personal info, that's been sent multiple times to the correct email address not being confirmed. Clearly it doesn't take hours for anyone to receive an email. I need confirmation that they have received my personal documents.
