Silver Oak Casino - Giving me the run around with payments

I have win money in the past wuth silver oak and always receive the payment like clockwork three weeks later. I am a platinum level centurion VIP which means I deposit A LOT! Recently I was reassigned to a,new host. My silver oak experience has completely changed. I was given a free chip by Keven Anderson on March 1st. I won and requested cash out of 2500.00 twice. I was informed I need to update my documents by Sebastian Black. I sent ALL OF THE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS. This isn't my first rodeo. I've been with them for 7 years. My first email to them was March 2. I have had to resend my documents a total of 12 more times and get told they have them only to get told that they do not have them the nest day. I now have three withdrawls requests of 2500 each. My documents to date are still not on file.

Hi Shelsue46,

I'm so sorry you've experienced such difficulties with this, but I believe I have some good news for you.

As you know, we just received your credit card info, so your first payment is being applied to that card, tomorrow. The amount of this payment will be $2400 (the max we can do per card in one shot). You should see that payment on your card before week's end. Later this week, we will send off another $2,400 payment, followed by another $2,400 payment the following week. The final $300 will be sent off a few days following your final $2,400 payment.

I'll continue to stay on top of this to ensure everything goes smoothly from here.

Today I received 1210.00. Contrary to your statement none of the delays have been my fault. Your casino mysteriously never receives anything from me. NOW YOU STILL OWE ME 1250, 1250, 1210, AND 1500. NOW MY 2500 AMOUNTS ARE BROKEN UP AND I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT I ONLY GET 1250 PER WEEK. I'M SO TIRED OF BEING TREATED LIKE THIS. I NEED A NEW CASINO.

Unfortunately, we now find ourselves in a very difficult situation, relating to you. You gave us a pre-paid debit card for one of your withdrawal methods (Pay2Card)--this is STRICTLY not permitted. We are VERY clear that if you are using the Pay2Card option, your card MUST NOT be a pre-paid card--it MUST be a debit card connected to your bank account. This has now led to a confiscation of funds by the company issuing this card--we have ZERO control over this, nor do we have any way of retrieving these confiscated funds.

Further, this can lead to legal issues on your end. For this reason, we do not feel it is wise to discuss this in a public setting. Please understand, this is in YOUR best interest.

If you've not yet been contacted by our Escalations Manager, I will make certain she is in touch with you tomorrow.
