i set a new account up on 9/12/14 and deposited £750 in total and then won £4500, I tried to withdraw this. Then on the 12/12/14 was told that my payment was on hold until verification had taken place, so i sent my driving license and both copies of bank cards (front and back) , which were accepted the next day. After several emails to them, I'm just being told to be patient!. Surely after 13 days I should of at least had an email to update me on the status of this matter.

winner casino sent me two messages today saying that my payment was being processed and will be with me in the next 4 to 7 days just like to said thank you. But think they need to adjust there verification process so that they update there players more via e-mail instead of no e-mail for 16 days .
