Hi i recieved an email stating that i had 200 free spins and $700 bonus if i joined. I did and asked, they wanted a screenshot which i sent. I key getting new support agents every few minutes and had to repeat everything; vrr and over.
In the end they advised that the email was from a third party and they would not honor it. It had their email etc etc and sent me a code to activate.

I have looked into this for you and can see that our Customer Support have followed this up with you and explained in detail that this was sent from an affiliate and that we have contacted them about this. You will notice that the URL in the sms is not ours but for another site.

The offer in the SMS is referencing the welcome for all of our new players.

I have also followed up on this to make sure that messaging be changed.
