Firework promotion not received from Jackpot Party Casino
This is a cut and paste from my original complaint to Jackpot party support: I purchased coins with the firework promotion but did not receive any fireworks. I bought one for 250$ package once for myself, two 5$ packages for fvXXXXXXX.com (#2XXXXXXX), and two 5$ packages for neXXXXXXX.com (#2XXXXXXXX). Neither my friends nor I got any fireworks. Each account was accessed daily from 7/3 through 7/11. I am frustrated by the lack of explanation with your promotions. This is the second detailed message I have sent about this issue. First I am feeling cheated and now with no response to my first inquiry I am feeling ignored.
I received two auto responses that did not address my issue. I reposted to my complaint more than 5 times. 3 times the complaint was closed with no explanation. I reopened the complaint until finally it was removed and I could no longer access it. I have tried to open a new ticket repeatedly but even though I get a conformation screen I get no ticket number or follow up.
