I have made a withdrawal from the casino two times. I used the same method to withdraw that I used to deposit my money.
Casino canceled my withdrawal on the 25th of December and told me the reason was an "issue with the payment provider" - that is hard to believe, because I paid it throw the bank's own internet banking and they told me.
After that, I made a new withdrawal on 26th December, on the same method, because I was told to do so by the support. Now the withdrawal was canceled again on 1 February.
On chat and email, they just tell me that we will do our best and you need to wait a bit longer. One worker told me that it had been open for 3 days. And they say all the time that they are in the timeline even if it has been 2 weeks since my first withdrawal.
I haven't yet received my payment.
The withdrawal is 2600 sek, and now it's just pending once more.
