Fake free spins prohibiting me from getting correct free spin bonus

This occurred at Drake Casino under the account ID of DLHSTAR3.
Last Monday evening 12/21 at 10:30 pm I redeemed code MON50 where you deposit $50 and get 100 free spins. Everything went fine, pop up came up and I accepted the 100 free spins. Upon trying to redeem the free spins a set of faulty 110 free spins that were manually entered the week prior because of another issue came up instead. Now I knew that I would not be credited for any winnings pertaining to the 110 fake free spins I continued to play them in hopes that the correct 100 free spins would come up. After 2 hours of playing these fake 110 free spins maybe 15 rounds of them I gave up and emailed customer service. I was responded to 2 days later only to be told that the issue was resolved when I was credited however that was a separate issue and had nothing to do with the 100 free spins. Clearly my detailed message was not read. The following day I was emailed by Kyle who said he was a CS Manager telling me he uploaded another 100 free spins which in fact he did, I got the pop up accepting the free spins but once again when I went in to try and play them those faulty 110 free spins that wont go away keep coming back up over and over so again I email Drake Casino and am told that they are aware of the situation to be patient and will be emailed when resolved. So Monday a whole week later I email again and this time and emailed back by Brian another CS Manager again being told that this was resolved when I was giving the credit, again he didn't read my complaint either because that was not what I was emailing about. I even suggested giving me 100 free spins in a different game that was not part of the original free games since those 110 free spins wont go away and his response was he didn't know why I felt I was entitled to free spins on a different game. Which he is correct I am not but I am however entitled to 100 free spins as part of THEIR promotion of which they have not lived up to because of a issue on THEIR end not mine. It has been now 3 days since I replied to Brians email and only response I have received is from Jenny saying they were passing my email onto a manager and they would respond at their earliest convenience and as of yet I have gotten no response. I just want my 100 free spins of which they credit immediately to my account and want those dreadful 110 free spins removed from my account so this doesn't happen in the future. I don't feel as though I am asking a lot here.. Just want what they advertise and promote.. Thank you

It is great news to hear that the spins worked for you. We have been working with our tech department to get this fixed and is nice to know that at least that piece of the puzzle is resolved. The tech department is still currently looking into the other issue. Hopefully, this is also resolved soon.

I was actually able to finally play the free spins yesterday and they worked fine so I would say this complaint has been resolved, not sure if by Drake or just on its on; however now I am getting 100 free spins that don't do anything so I still can't play any of the games associated with the free spins which is fine just wanted to make you aware that there is still an issue. Thank you.

Deliberately dragging their feet for weeks on a $1,120 withdrawal

Ok first if all Id like to say that I love online gambling. I probably gamble on at least 150+ different sites. I'm very familiar with their guidelines for verifying identity and withdrawal processes. But, when you know without a shadow of a doubt that one is operating outside of the legal guidelines then it's something that people need to be aware of. With that being said, I have cashed out thousands of dollars from many many online casinos and there appears to be some red tape from time to time with them here and there. However, most casinos are simply wanting a piece of information to close the issue do they can begin the withdrawal process for you. Now, Drake Casino on the other hand tried every single thing they could try to come up with to avoid letting me receive $1,120.00 of winnings I earned. I mean they gave me the runaround and lied to me so many times that it was insane. Too many issues and lies to even count. They would say that they just needed this one more thing and the money would be transferred at least 20 different times. I'd fulfill the document request and they would approve it and then try n come up with something else. They had told me every day that my money would be there today for over 3 weeks. Then after that 3 weeks if lying to me every day they sent me an email saying they had just bank wired it and to give it at least 12 full business days before I consider it late. I had big plans for that money for me and my 3 son's that I raise all by myself. I wanted to show them a really great weekend and buy them some things they liked as well. Unfortunately, I've had to put off that great weekend over 3 times to them and watched their faces be sad for all those 3 weekends. My heart goes out to these little guys cuz they have patiently waited as much as they can and I know it's breaking their hearts. I believe the Drake Casino may be drawing quite a bit of interest off of people's money by the longer they can hold onto it. I know many places do but when it is owed legitimately by a paying customer who jumped every hoop on top of working hard to win in the first place, it's time to pay up! Because of this matter, I got ahold of the gaming Commisioner in hopes of possibly someone investigating this matter but he informed me that they weren't really taking complaints and he has just got into the position so it would be quite sometime before they even considered it. So, as I sit here on yet my 4th Saturday of the 4th weekend awaiting still for this bank wire if $1120. That I may never get , I want people to know about Drake Casino and their poor poor customer service on withdrawals so that it might not ever happen to them. My advice is simply this, do not use your hard earned money on Drake Casino! You will be forever sorry and be unhappy with the return of it. They are very dishonest and scandalous , not to mention greedy and disrespectful to the hardworking middle class American!!! Ty

Giving me the runaround with a $100 withdrawal

So basically i won a free entry tournament, ($500) and i was told i can only withdraw $100 because i have never deposited.

So i read the terms & conditions under the tournament description, and it states “max withdrawals for nondeposit players is $160”

So i then contact them vis email and ask why i can only withdraw $100, and they explained that $40 is for the wire transfer fee.

Okay, so then i asked what about the other $20?

And the rep said $60 is the old fee, it is now $40. So basically i cant withdraw $120. And shes going to look into the error on their website and fix $160 to $140.

I feel like i should get $120. Not my fault there was an error.

So anyways, since i never deposited in the past, my only option for a withdrawal is bank transfer.

Max wait time to receive a withdrawal via bank wire is “12 business days”

I got an email on April 27,2020 saying my withdrawal was processed.

It is now May 15, 2020, and day 15, and earlier today i was told i was going to get it “supposedly today or tomorrow” - said by the rep on live chat.

(By the way, i had to deposit today to even get access to the live chat feature, so i can ask about my withdrawal)

Bank wires dont get processed on weekends. So what the heck!

Its only $100 . I SHOULD be getting $120 to be honest.

12 days is long enough. And now the weekend is here and im pretty sure i still wont get anything from Drake Casino on Monday.

Worst withdrawal ive had thus far in my online casino experiences.
