I created my account on extreme casino, I got 50 free Spins. With those spins i won around $111 . When i Sent my documents for verification, they confiscated my winning amount. They accused me for making multiple account to get free spins. which i didn't , they don't have any proof. Simply they don't want me to pay.

I must confirm again that your Welcome Free Bonus winnings had to be removed, due to Multiple Account abuse.
During the verification process of your account, our Fraud and Risk team has irrefutably linked it to several other, already opened, accounts. We are sorry for the inconvenience this must have caused you, but we must honor our own Terms of Service, protecting both our player's funds, as well as our operation from Bonus Abuse.
As per the Terms of Service we've agreed to upon your signup, opening multiple accounts is strictly forbidden:
5.1.b: You are allowed only one User Account. If you have more than one account, all winnings will be void. If you open more than one User Account, the Casino may close all accounts and any bonuses and winnings may be voided.
As for the evidence you've requested, and as we've already explained: please note that we are not able to publicly share any sensitive data. All details of our investigation will be shared with the Regulatory Body, but please understand that we cannot send this information to any publicly visible forum/medium.
