Will not pay my winning and have ignored all emails and ways to contact them

This casino is disgusting and its main role is to Rob people from their cash.
Every time I win they give me some excuse that I cant have the money because of the rules, this is pathetic (make up rules as you go along)
From £1300 which I was told I can only have £100 after I won. and didn't see any rules and cant find any either, never mind
I won Marvel bonus 2 times equal to about £500 and (I know the casino doesn't pay money from its own pot to custiomers but I want the Jackpot winnings NOW !!
They kept telling me it will be put into my account 3 weeks ago, then 2 weeks ago they made another excuse. I send them email after email and tried contacting on live chat but they have closed the "live chat" link on my account! Theit UK telephone number is also fake just like the company !"!!
I want my MONEY NOW !!!!!

I was told my £500 will be paid "please be patient"
I was told it will be paid again, the money guy was on vacation (Yeah right)
They have 100Percent ignored all email I sent and even deleted my chat "link" so I cannot contact the so called "support"
I am disgusted and want my £500. Why do I deserve to be treat like this ?
