for more than a month i have been waiting for my withdrawal to be approved. they first approved a little withdrawal of 49 euro and payed out really quick so i felt secure about depositing at that place.
unfortunately i did. then they are just using the same stupid excuses everytime again and again like i had to wait a few more days. the supporter called stefan, wanted to approve that he is honest when we chatted last weekend however they still didnt pay out. its a pity, because their bonus offers were very interesting.

Hey. Thank you very much. It seems that they have stopped working On any complaints at all. I will engage with Curacao authorities after i return home. Will never stop to bug them before i got my money. Even if that means i will have to sell their chairmans desk at eBay....

Hello. Unfortunately not yet. However i would ask you to please keep all recent complaints open because in general they need a long time to respond. It also seems to be a good idea to keep them open so the Casino staff wont forget about their open issues... As soon as they are closed as unresolved they wont show up. That might lead to a view of the eveningstar Holding Ltd. Which is operating that Casino that for their needs the Problem looks solved... However it isnt. I also think it would be a great idea to set up something like a trophy for the Casino every year which gets the most complaints which are unresolved. ;-))) because it is a real shame. The algorithms of the Casino software are anyway set up in a way that the Casino gains its profits. In my opinion it is extremely unfair to delay payments vor refuse payments. Especially if players are depositing. In harsh words it feels like being fooled... If they do not Pay out at all i would call it betrayal. That does damage to the image of the whole industry which has to struggle in that topic anyway. The most valuable thing the Casinos request from us players is trust. So it is a vital interest of all Casinos that the industry keeps a trustworthy image. It should also be a worry of playtech in my opinion btw...
