Concerns About The Fairness of Their European Roulette

Hello, I recently had my account closed on 3dice, and was told it was because I had a concern about unfair gaming. Normally, when a customer has a concern about something, they should listen to the customer and investigate, not block them from using their services, I'm very unhappy about that. Here are my concerns. For the most part, your games are fair, but there are instances when they are very obviously not. I was playing European Roulette, betting on red or black (with real money, I might add.) I wanted to test a method that could tell me if the games were rigged or not. I would simply place a bet on the same marker over and over again, and the number of times it lands on either red or black should be nearly even since the chances are 50-50. Sure, I would lose a little bit of money, but it would also tell me if the games are fair or not. In European Roulette, the ball has a 50-50 chance of landing on either red or black. I had several losing streaks in which it landed on red more than ten times while betting on black repeatedly, or landing on black more than ten times while betting on red. This could be a freak occurance, but after it happens 4 or 5 times, it starts to tell a different story. I feel those losing streaks are set to occur in the game after winning a certain amount of times, so that you end up losing the money you had previously won. I've sent a message to one of the managers and I'm not really expecting anything back, as most people won't admit to wrongdoing when caught. Am I being cheated out of my money?
