3Dice Casino - Concerns About The Fairness of Their European Roulette

posted on July 30, 2014.

Hello, I recently had my account closed on 3dice, and was told it was because I had a concern about unfair gaming. Normally, when a customer has a concern about something, they should listen to the customer and investigate, not block them from using their services, I'm very unhappy about that. Here are my concerns. For the most part, your games are fair, but there are instances when they are very obviously not. I was playing European Roulette, betting on red or black (with real money, I might add.) I wanted to test a method that could tell me if the games were rigged or not. I would simply place a bet on the same marker over and over again, and the number of times it lands on either red or black should be nearly even since the chances are 50-50. Sure, I would lose a little bit of money, but it would also tell me if the games are fair or not. In European Roulette, the ball has a 50-50 chance of landing on either red or black. I had several losing streaks in which it landed on red more than ten times while betting on black repeatedly, or landing on black more than ten times while betting on red. This could be a freak occurance, but after it happens 4 or 5 times, it starts to tell a different story. I feel those losing streaks are set to occur in the game after winning a certain amount of times, so that you end up losing the money you had previously won. I've sent a message to one of the managers and I'm not really expecting anything back, as most people won't admit to wrongdoing when caught. Am I being cheated out of my money? If so, I'd like a refund. Thank you -Joshuah

Got mail back from managment:

Hi Joshua,

Please note that requesting for your deposit being refunded is considered
charge back.
If not charge back your account is considered being a charge back risk, in
which case we had no choice but to close your account.
Since you joined us you played 319 game rounds in European Roulette at an
average bet of 2.57$ and your RTP is 91.11%.
On such a small play sample, the results are totally within expectation
and the only thing we can say for sure is that unfortunately you have lost
your 35.00 $ and 38.5 $ first deposit bonus.
However, a player that deposits and gambles is very much aware that there
are two possible outcomes in the end - lose or win.

-This is ridiculous. It doesn't matter WHAT amount of money I deposit, if you're cheating people, then you're cheating people, and it makes NO sense to block everyone who discovers your wrong-doing. That's what crooks do. I'm not going to get into this any further because it's not even worth it, but I would advise everyone to stay away from this Casino. THEY WILL CHEAT YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY AND THEN PLAY DUMB. You've been warned.

So I decided I wanted to go a bit further after all and see if I could get a little more information about what's going on here. Here is my response to management:

Anna, yes you're right, my play sample was pretty small on European Roulette. Which is why it makes absolutely NO sense that I got 4 or 5 losing streaks of landing "10 red" in a row or "10 black" in a row. It's very very VERY obviously rigged, (I cannot stress that enough) and those losing streaks are set up. I'm not accusing your casino of cheating, I am telling you that your casino is cheating. The facts are in the numbers. Are you seriously not aware of this or are you just playing dumb? And of course I want my money back, your casino cheated me out of it and is now attempting to block me and run off with it.
